Abstract Since its founding in 1983, Sawtooth Software has successfully addressed many of the most compelling needs for highly resourced applications for conjoint analysis and closely related methodologies. The company’s newest products, CBC/Web and ACA/Web, focus on providing the flexibility and power of conducting conjoint analysis on the Internet. CBC/Web is choice-based conjoint analysis and ACA/Web is adaptive conjoint analysis. The mother ship for these conjoint variations is SSI Web. SMRT serves the similar function for Sawtooth’s non-Web applications. SSI Web provides the base platform for constructing and executing online surveys and seamlessly integrating the conjoint components within a survey. CiW is the questionnaire design application that is used for writing questionnaires. It can be purchased for non-conjoint surveys or it can be augmented with the conjoint add-ins.
