Abstract - optional In dem Beitrag werden verschiedenen Verfahren diskutiert mit deren Hilfe sich Online-Befragungen automatisieren und in bestehende Unternehmensprozesse integrieren lassen. Zur Systematisierung der Möglichkeiten wird ein Modell vorgestellt, welches Online-Befragungen in einen Datenvorbereitungs-, eine Datenerhebungs- und eine Datennachbereitsungphase untergliedert. In der Datenvorbereitsungsphase besteht beispielsweise die Möglichkeit des automatisierten Einlesens der Kontaktdaten potentzieller Probanden (ein Kunde wird vom System nach drei Monaten automatisiert zu einer Kundenzufriedenheitsbefragung eingeladen) und der Durchführung von Pretests und Konsistenzprüfungen des entwickelten Fragebogens mit Hilfe von künstlichen Testdaten. In der Datenerhebungsphase können Berechungen, z.B. für Online-Conjointanalysen automatisiert realisiert werden, Konsistenzprüfungen können während des Beantwortungsprozesses auf externe Datenbasen zugreifen, die Itemschwierigkeit kann sich an das Antwortverhalten der Probanden anpassen usw. Greift man bei der Rekrutierung der Probanden auf ein Online-Panel zurück, kann das System bei unzureichend erfüllten Quoten selbständig nachrekrutieren bzw. bei Erreichen von Schwellenwerten das Feld automatisiert schließen. Im Zentrum der Datennachbereitsungphase liegen Verfahren mit deren Hilfe sich beispielsweise die Durchführung von Datenvalidierungs- und Datenbereinigungsverfahren automatisiert durchführen lassen, Methoden zum automatischen Erstellen von individualisierten Ergebnisberichten für Kleingruppen (z.B. im Rahmen einer Mitarbeiterbefragung) oder für Einzelpersonen, das in Gang setzen von Nachfolgeaktionen (z.B. Versendung einer SMS, automatisierte Versendung von Einladungen für z.B. eine längsschnittlich angelegte Studie) und die Datenübergabe an externe Systeme (z.B. CRM Systeme, Personalinformationssystem eines Unternehmens) zur weiteren Verarbeitung. In dem Beitrag werden jeweils praktische Anwendungsbeispiele für die oben beschriebenen Verfahren vorgestellt. Im Rahmen einer Bestpractice Analyse wird das optimale Vorgehen zur automatisierten und integrativ angelegten Durchführung von Online-Befragungen dargestellt. Darüber hinaus werden mit Hilfe von Hochrechnungen Einsparpotenziale im Hinblick auf Zeit und Kosten bei der Anwendung von automatisiserten und integrativ angelegten Online-Befragungen präsentiert. Hier zeigt sich, dass bei konsequenter Anwendung von weitgehend vollautomatisierten und in Unternehmensprozessen integrierten Online-Befragungen bis zehn-mal niedrigere Kosten, bei einem bis zu sechs-mal geringeren Zeitbedarf, verursachen als vergleichbare Befragungen mit Hilfe von Papier-Bleistift-Fragebögen.
