Abstract

Researchers must rely on information obtained from informants in organizations to obtain information. For some types of information, they need the cooperation of top executives. Usually, this information is collected using traditional survey methods such as mailed surveys. While these methods are valuable, it is diffi cult to collect and maintain historical trends or other longitudinal data. I will explore an alternative, web-based method of collecting longitudinal data in a manner that provides timely feedback to organizations.
