Title The quest for on-line quality research

Abstract

With one of the world’s highest penetration of on-line research at 30% of all quantitative research, Australia has been obsessed about building a Quality Standard for On-line Access Panels (QSOAP).

After two years, a task force representing research companies and panel providers, and with client input, has come up with guidelines for minimum and “best practice”. All the major global initiatives such as ISO, ARF, ESOMAR, EFAMRO and CASRO have been referenced, as well as all available original research and published papers.

Brian Fine, Chairman of the task force and Travyn Rhall, who is past president of AMSRO and on the task force, will share with the APAC delegates the issues facing on-line research quality and some recommended guidelines as well as a Standard that can be audited.
