This session’s aim is to share many of the less obvious lessons that Harris Interactive has learned since it fielded its first web-based survey four years ago. Specifically, this session will consider the nuances surrounding web-based surveys and online research, thereby allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of this complex methodology.
