Abstract
In today’s quest for consumer insights, using just one research method can have its shortcomings. This research explores the fusion between “traditional” data collection like surveys and new methods like passive data collection. In the course of three months, Interprets sample group was engaged with traditional data collection methods like a survey and were tracked with the help of passive data collection. We’ll hear about the challenges and possibilities when fusing traditional market research methods with innovative technologies.
