Abstract Marketing research via the Internet is the way of the future. As online marketing research matures and evolves, it has become possible to draw conclusions about which types of marketing research work best online and which currently do not. There are 4 types of online research that have become marketers’ favorites: 1. concept testing, 2. sensitive issue tracking, 3. advertising communications testing, and 4. Web site evaluation.
