In cooperation with the Comprehensive Cancer Centre Netherlands - Eindhoven I am doing research on the long-term effects of cancer and its treatment on the psysical and psycosocial functioning of cancer survivors. At the moment, my research focusses on two themes; 1) the role of Type D personality on the long-term side-effects of cancer and its treatment, and 2) chemotherapy side-effects like chemotherapy-induced alopecia and chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy.
