Grant N. Marshall

is a senior behavioral scientist at the RAND Corporation. His primary research interests concern the epidemiology of mental health. His research has focused on mental health following exposure to traumatic life events including sudden physical injury (e.g., vehicular collision), natural disaster, military combat, and refugee trauma. Marshall has led many research projects and has received grants from the National Institute of Mental Health, the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, and the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research. Marshall received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
