Reza Etemad-Sajadi

Reza Etemad-Sajadi is currently Professor Asst. of International Services Marketing in EHL. He holds a Ph.D. (Management) from the University of Neuchatel, MA and BS (Engineer) from Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale Lausanne (EPFL). His research interest is the humanization of websites.
