Registration for The 5th International Workshop on Internet Survey and Survey Methodology (11-12 September)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Statistics Korea organizes the International Workshop on Internet Survey Methods on an annual basis since 2009. This year, the 5th International Workshop will be held in Daejeon, Korea on September 11-12. The 5th workshop will expand its coverage to survey methodologies to deal with various issues related to this topic. The workshop will consist of 4 sessions, along with an opening session. Under the theme of "Challenges with Changes in Producing Statistics", mainly focus on the following topics: 1) Using Internet Survey Methods in Official Statistics and Data Collection with High-Tech Devices, 2) Mixed-Mode Survey Design and 3) Using Various Data Sources and New Methodology for Survey.
The workshop will feature a special lecture session on “Measurement Properties of Web Surveys” by Dr. Roger Tourangeau, Vice President of Westat, USA. In addition, representatives of NSOs from Canada, the Netherlands and New Zealand and other specialists on internet survey and survey methodologies are invited as speakers to discuss the latest issues related to internet survey and survey methodologies with the common goal for the advancement of official statistics. We strongly believe that this workshop will provide you with a good opportunity to both explore and share profound knowledge and experience with prominent experts in this field.
