Abstract
Baron and Siepmann describe how one can use JavaScript to randomize and control Web questionnaires. JavaScript is a scripting language that is distinct from the Java language. JavaScript code can be included as source code in a Web page. Advantages of including the source code in the Web page include the openness of research to the scientific community and the generally fast loading times of such pages.
