Title Internet statistics
Abstract

We present trends for Internet and mobile usage based on data from Eurostat, US Census Bureau, Eurobarometer, The World Bank and ITU.

Next, we summarize the marketing research spending for web survey related research based on data from ESOMAR, Green Book, and Market research technology survey.

Finally we elaborate absolute, relative and standardized biases which may occur in web surveys due to Internet non-coverage. We take data from the Eurobarometer 2014 survey to illustrate the problem (XLS).

At the end we list the essential sources for upgrading the figures.
