A 3-day course by Mick Couper will focus on the design of Web survey instruments and procedures, based on theories of human-computer interaction, interface design, and research on self-administered questionnaires and computer assisted interviewing. It will provide participants with an understanding of the importance of design in reducing measurement error in Web survey and with the practical knowledge and tools to make appropriate design choices and decisions.
The course will be held between 20th and 22th April 2009 in City University, London.
