Abstract

 

The author reports on a study by Greenfield Online Inc. And Invoke Solutions Inc. Which takes a look at respondent motivation and satisfaction for filling out online surveys. Reasons for participating included being able to have an impact on the product. The report looked at reasons for poor participation and the major reason seems to be the length of surveys. The study showed that respondents like interactivity in the process and offers recommendations for researchers based on their findings.
